Re-Enrolling a Student
Introduction:
The purpose of this document is to provide the process to re-enroll a student that has been withdrawn from their program of study. The re-enroll process will be used when a student has been withdrawn from their program of study for MORE than 180 days (6 months).
- Go to the student’s record and click “Add/Edit Program”
- Click “Add”
- A message will appear Click “Cancel” if the student's start date is not the same as the semester start date.
- Click “Yes” if the semester date is the same as the student’s start date.
- Fill in Program Information
- Add “Transfer Hours”
- Click “Add by Program” to add the class
- Add “Start Date”
- Add “Program Registration”
- Click “Update”

Re-Entering a Student
Introduction:
The purpose of this document is to provide the process to re-enter a student that has been withdrawn from their program of study. The re-entry process will be used when a student has been withdrawn from their program of study for LESS than 180 days (6 months).
- Go to the student’s record and click on the withdrawn program
- Click “Edit”
- Click “Add”
- Add “Drop Date” and “Re-Entry Date”
- Click “Add”
- Under Re-Entry it will show the drop date, re-entry date, and total # of days the student was dropped for.
- Select “Status” from the drop-down menu
- Click “Update”
- Select “Registration Status” from the drop-down menu
- Remove “Grad/Withdraw Date”
- Click “Update”

- Click “Attendance Record”
- Click “Clock Hour Program Attendance”
- The “Drop and Re-Entry” shows in yellow on the Clock Hour Program Attendance Report.
