Header & Footer

Headers and footers are the top and bottom sections of the form, respectively. The content in the Header and Footer fields will appear on every form page.
 

• To customize the header & footer, click on the Header & Footer Tab in the Contact Form Setup page.

Note:

The Header & Footer fields support HTML. Therefore, users may create a custom Header & Footer using HTML code in these fields, and the form will display the output of the HTML code.

• Enter appropriate Header & Footer and it will appear in the form as follows:
