You can find final versions of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) along with some helpful FAFSA worksheets, available in English and Spanish, in Portable Document Format (PDF) online at studentaid.gov/resources.
To find the forms, scroll down to the section called "Forms and Worksheets" on the studentaid.gov/resources page.
- The FAFSA on the Web Worksheet provides a preview of questions that students and parents may be asked while completing the FAFSA form at fafsa.gov or via the myStudentAid mobile app. It is not the financial aid application, nor is it part of the application. It is simply an optional tool to help students complete the online FAFSA form, and should not be submitted to Federal Student Aid.
