Disbursements and Re-enroll Information Not Showing on the Add/Edit Program page

Issue:
When going into the add edit programs page for a student the Disbursement and re-entry days were not showing on the right of the page.  So when you changed a students enrollment type it would not calculate the right information because there was no where to store that information on this page.

Fix:
 Setup & Customization => Customization => Programs => Select program that is having this issue.  Change Program Type to Clock hours instead of credit hours.
